Tommy Baldwin Racing gives small businesses the chance to get involved with NASCAR

Have you ever dreamed of seeing your businesses name appear on a NASCAR Sprint Cup car? Now is your chance! Tommy Baldwin Racing announces a unique and rewarding opportunity to help small businesses gain national attention. This is a fantastic way to promote your business on a very well respected, up and coming race team. Check out their press release below.

Mooresville, N.C. (March 5, 2009) – With the recession affecting many Americans and small businesses throughout the United States, Tommy Baldwin Racing has developed a creative way where small businesses and Americans can show their support for one another.

For a nominal fee of $8,000, small businesses throughout the United States will get the opportunity to place their company logo on the c-post of the No. 36 Red Bank Outfitters Toyota. Along with the sponsorship, the company will receive two VIP credentials that will grant them access into the NASCAR Sprint Cup garage and pit road during practice and the race.

Additionally, a link from their website will give businesses the chance to place coupons on the website that offer struggling Americans discounts on services, goods and other common needs. The monetary values of the coupons are intended to steer consumers to participating small businesses that provide quality merchandise and services to hard-working Americans.

“This program shows how small business can support one another during some tough economic times,” said Baldwin, owner of Tommy Baldwin Racing. “With a small investment these businesses can show their support of TBR and give Americans some relief with discounts on services and merchandise while driving traffic to their businesses.”

Sponsors like Red Bank Outfitters gives hope to bad economy, sponsorship woes

From the Red Bank site, image by TDSwraps.com

Red Bank Outfitters remained a sponsor for the #36 Tommy Baldwin Racing car driven by Scott Riggs through the Vegas race, and they look to be on board for Atlanta. This is just another great story given this stupid economy that there are people and businesses that can come together and produce some positive results. Scott Riggs and the #36 Toyota is currently 41st in the 2009 Sprint Cup point standings.

According their website, Red Bank offers many opportunities for the outdoor enthusiast, including KOSC, Kids Outdoor Sports Camp which will be held this summer.

We applaud Red Bank for their sponsorship! Businesses like these who have stepped up to the plate with sponsorship dollars during these difficult times should be supported wholeheartedly. Sure you can drink your Coke and fill your car with Sunoco while talking on your Sprint phone but its the mom and pop businesses like Red Bank who do the right thing and should be rewarded by the support of the NASCAR fanbase. They need to see the direct benefit of being a sponsor, and the benefits of branding their business with this sport. We hope you as the reader and the NASCAR nation as a whole does their part by supporting them!

Tommy Baldwin Racing makes the show!

Tommy Baldwin Racing and the #36 Toyota driven by Scott Riggs WILL be in the 51st running of the Daytona 500!!! This is exciting news to us, as Tommy is one of the nicest guys in the sport and well loved and respected by all in the garage!

We are very proud of his new endeavor, and Congratulations to him and his team!!

The first dual was a nail biter, Martin Truex's spin in the second half of the race had us also spinning as we were in his pit box when that happend! While listening to his scanner, there was no major damage to the car, but Bono feared the splitter could be damaged...Martin said he didn't feel too much vibration while he was out there alone, so we had a sigh of releif!

The Fashionistas are in the fanzone, getting ready for the 2nd dual. We are pulling for Regan Smith to race his way in! This is the exciting part of Race Weeks, seeing who is going to make the show!!

More updates to come!

We would also like to send a Thank You! To all of our new followers! We hope you are enjoying our updates, live from Daytona!!
