We are kicking off Happy Hour with a Tennessee favorite, Jack Daniels. You can make many concoctions out of Jack but my favorite is the classic way with Coke. That is until we discovered Red Bull Cola last year at the fall Atlanta race and fell in love. It is perfect when mixed with Jack. Enjoy this drink (in moderation people!!) while following along with Happy Hour here. Please note, Happy Hour starts at 12:20 and the television coverage starts at 1:00 on Speed. I normally wouldn't condone drinking Jack and Red Bull before nightfall but it is Bristol baby!Jack and Red Bull (also known as The Hilljack)
Take a high ball with ice
Fill it 1/3 of Jack Daniels
Top with Red Bull Cola
